Height: Minimum of 5.6 feet, which is equivalent to 170 centimeters.
Chest: Minimum of 32 to 34 inches, with expansion.
Eye sight: 6/6 vision without glasses.
Running test: 1.6 kilometers (1 mile) in 7 minutes.
Female Physical Requirements For Punjab Jail Police Physical Test
Height: Minimum of 5.2 feet, which is equivalent to 158 centimeters.
Chest: Minimum of 70 centimeters if height is 158 cm, with each 2 kg weight addition with 3 cm height increment.
Eye sight: 6/6 vision without glasses.
Running test: 1.6 kilometers (1 mile) in 10 minutes.
