KPK Caretaker government on direction of federal government has launched free atta web portal www.freeatta.kp.gov.pk.This atta web portal has been designed by KPITB and all citizen can check their eligibility status directly by entering cnic number.This free atta package has been approved for Holy month of Ramzan.The district administration of each district has fixed a free atta distribution points. So all candidates who are eligible  has to visit the free atta distribution points to get free atta .The free atta will be given to only one person of family and one can get 10 kg atta thrice a month.The district administration has also informed citizens that if any candidate cannot apply online via www.freeatta.kp.gov.pk than for those candidates free sms facility is also available.Simply send your cnic via sms to 8070.The 8070 free atta scheme is also available for Punjab domicil holders and punjab citizen can also get free atta under this new scheme.The free atta beneficiary verification can be checked via atta web portal but now the website is not working properly.So wait the free atta website will start working soon.
